Pikliz Please, Inc. is a Brooklyn-based, family-owned food startup founded by Franco-Haitian siblings and New York City natives Ioan and Maude Delice. We officially launched in September 2025 with a single mission: to elevate mealtime with Haitian pikliz—a vibrant, spicy, prebiotic-rich medley of vegetables and spices—presented to the modern consumer in a format that’s versatile, health-forward, and culturally authentic.

Ioan Delice, Co-Founder & Chief Product Officer, trained in New York City kitchens including Michelin-starred Café Boulud and Tiffany’s Blue Box Café. Drawing from both fine dining and Haitian culinary traditions, he leads recipe development and production, ensuring every batch delivers the bright acidity, crunch, and heat that define Pikliz Please.

Maude Delice, Co-Founder & CEO, brings a background in marketing, branding, and investor relations, with experience building strategic campaigns and positioning brands for growth. She leads the company’s brand vision, partnerships, and communications, helping bridge cultural storytelling with mainstream appeal.
