Pikliz Please Named to Brewing the American Dream Program

Defining the Dream, On Our Own Terms

As first-generation Americans, the idea of the American Dream has never been something we inherited—it’s something we’ve had to define for ourselves.

For us, that definition lives in Pikliz Please.

What started as a deeply personal expression of culture, flavor, and creativity has grown into something much bigger: a Brooklyn-born food brand rooted in Haitian heritage, built with intention, and shaped by community.

Today, we’re proud to share that Pikliz Please has been selected to join the Boston Beer Company’s Brewing the American Dream (BTAD) cohort.

This moment is meaningful not just because of the recognition, but because of what it represents.

More Than a Milestone

BTAD has long supported small businesses in the food and beverage space—especially those who are building with purpose and navigating the complexities of growth. To be included among this cohort of founders is both an honor and an affirmation of the work we’ve been doing.

From farmers markets in Brooklyn to museum activations, to collaborations with local chefs and partners, we’ve been building Pikliz Please one jar, one conversation, and one experience at a time.

This opportunity gives us the chance to:

  • Strengthen our operational foundation
  • Learn from experienced operators and founders
  • Scale thoughtfully without losing the integrity of what makes our product special

Building With Intention

At its core, Pikliz Please is about more than food.

It’s about:

  • Cultural storytelling – bringing Haitian flavors into new spaces
  • Community impact – supporting local suppliers, creatives, and small business ecosystems
  • Access – creating pathways for underrepresented founders in CPG

Every jar reflects that mission.

And as we grow, that responsibility only becomes more important.

What’s Next

We’re entering this next chapter with clarity and focus.

Our goal isn’t just to scale—it’s to build something enduring.

That means:

  • Expanding production responsibly
  • Deepening partnerships across New York and beyond
  • Continuing to show up in spaces that matter—both culturally and commercially

And most importantly, continuing to create something people feel when they taste it.

Thank You

To everyone who has supported us—from day one to now—thank you.

Whether you’ve bought a jar, shared our story, collaborated with us, or simply rooted for us from afar, you’ve been part of this journey.

We’re just getting started.
