Pikliz (pronounced peak-leez and rhymes with please!) is Haiti’s beloved pickled cabbage-based vegetable relish: a bold and spicy staple that brings brightness and depth to any dish. Its complex flavor comes from a slow pickling process that lets the vegetables and Scotch bonnet peppers develop layers of heat and zest, creating a balance that’s as vibrant as the island itself. We make ours with clean, locally sourced fresh ingredients. No additives, no shortcuts, just authentic flavor in every bite.
